Rain rain go away!

We finished painting entire house and we are now in a school repairing
the inside of a Christian school in downtown Birmingham. Very cool!
We have another house to paint on Friday. Pray for no rain so we can
get our second house done.

Life is fleeting, part 2

I wanted to share some more verses that show us how short life is and how we need to focus on the purpose God has for all of our lives...to worship Him fully!

James 4:14 How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow? Your life is like the morning fog—it’s here a little while, then it’s gone.

Psalm 90:12 Teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom.

2 Thessalonians 3:11-13 Yet we hear that some of you are living idle lives, refusing to work and meddling in other people’s business. 12 We command such people and urge them in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ to settle down and work to earn their own living. 13 As for the rest of you, dear brothers and sisters never get tired of doing good.

Finally, here is a website to make you think...What would you put on your tombstone? Are you living your life in that way?

I would love to know what your tombstone would say.
