What a great night...

Dear Parents and Church...Do you know how great a group of young adults we have a New Salem? I am more and more impressed with their attitudes, respect and tenderness towards God.  You can see the difference between our group and so many other groups.

I am blessed to be part of such a wonderful ministry!

Tonight was incredibly awesome!  The worship by Fee was great, the illusions and testimony from Brock Gill was amazing and really made us all think.  What made the night for me personally was the concert by Leeland.  I used to be a huge concert person, but I have found myself disappointed by a lot of the live shows lately.  Fortunately for us, Leeland was amazing!  They not only played, but they worshipped and directed all of us towards worship as well.
Here is a song with the lyrics to follow...listen and understand!

There are many prodigal sons
On our city streets they run
Searching for shelter
There are homes broken down
People's hopes have fallen to the ground
From failures

This is an emergency!

There are tears from the saints
For the lost and unsaved
We're crying for them come back home
We're crying for them come back home
And all your children will stretch out their hands
And pick up the crippled man
Father, we will lead them home
Father, we will lead them home

There are schools full of hatred
Even churches have forsaken
Love and mercy
May we see this generation
In it's state of desperation
For Your glory

This is an emergency!

Sinner, reach out your hands!
Children in Christ you stand!
Sinner, reach out your hands!
Children in Christ you stand!

And all Your children will stretch out their hands
And pick up the crippled man
Father, we will lead them home
Father, we will lead them home

It is midnight...goodnight, God bless and continue to pray for us all!
