Last night our church went out and sang carols to families within our church that our sick or otherwise can not get to the church that often. I think many of us thought we would be a blessing to those that we sang to...we found out that we were the ones blessed. The two families that we visited were so thankful and so encouraged, it almost made you cry. There were some very sweet and emotional moments. One of my daughters said it best, "I almost cried, but they were happy tears."
Jesus is the reason for the season. Without His birth, I would still be dead!
Ministering and giving to others makes the season even better!
I hope that you will spend some time giving part of yourself (time, talent, finance) to someone else this Christmas...it will do you so much good!
